Payment
We accept Paypal payments for our customers who prefer to use credit cards. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Orders paid by by money order will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. Orders paid by personal check will be shipped within 10 days after receipt of check. Please make checks payable to Allan Wright Jr.
Shipping
We ship all of our products via the United States Postal Service using first-class and priority mail service. If you would prefer another method of delivery please contact us and we will be happy to accomodate your request. International customers must contact us by e-mail or phone prior to placing an order so that we may calculate their order's exact shipping costs.

LIMITED WARRANTY
We'll replace the item if it is defective. Electronic items, including batteries, cannot be warranted.
LIABILITY
We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs not completed by our service center, etc.
Wright Brothers R/C shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages for breach of any warranty, expressed or implied, directly or indirectly arising out of Wright Brothers R/C's sale of merchandise, including any failure to deliver any merchandise, or arising out of customer's installation or use, whether proper or improper, of the product, separately or in combination with other equipment, or from any other cause.
